We know that the first time at any doctor's office can be a stressful experience, and since we're in the business of reducing stress, we've worked hard to make your first visit as stress-free as possible!
Prior to your first visit, you will have the opportunity to fill out your virtual paperwork and insurance information via an email link. This allows you to fill out the paperwork at your own pace and in the comfort of your own home! By pre-filling out your paperwork, you also help us streamline your first visit. You will also be sent a welcome email, detailing our location, parking instructions, and more, so you will know exactly where you're going and what to do when you arrive.
Upon arrival at our office, you'll be greeted by our amazing front desk staff! They will verify your insurance and personal information. As soon as your information is complete and verified, our front desk staff will review your information with your doctor. After a brief wait in our climate-controlled, comfortable waiting room, your doctor will bring you into the adjustment room for your initial consultation, exam, and adjustment. Following your initial adjustment, your doctor will set you up in our treatment area for your initial therapies (e-stimulation, traction, ultrasound, and more).
While your initial therapies are completed, your doctor will draft a care plan based on your symptoms, medical history, and goals. Our practice doesn't believe in cookie-cutter care plans and is committed to treating each patient individually. As a result, your care plan will be custom-made to give you the best chance at a thorough, efficient recovery.
Before you leave that first appointment, we will review your care plan in detail and get your next appointment scheduled. Our goal is to make chiropractic care as accessible as possible for as many people as possible, so we will also review our payment options, including pre-payment discounts and payment plans. If you know which payment option would work best for you, we can move forward with that same-day. However, we also offer a grace period to think over your options between your first and second appointments, so you don't need to feel rushed!
Following your initial appointment, your visits will take about 15 minutes and can be scheduled throughout the day. Our front desk will work with you and make sure your visits don't interfere with your life! We like to make the terrible pun that we are, by definition, flexible, so don't worry about fitting us into your life, because we'll make it as seamless as possible.
